As the most Irish person here I wanted to share this bit of ~trivia~ with you all ^_^ Saint Patrick is a legit hero who escaped the shackles of Celtislavery on his ~own~ without help like a certain group of persecuted ethnic groups needed. He had the truly ARDUOUS and GUT WRENCHING task of working as shepherd for like... five years. When God spoke to him from above and told him he needed to flee these truly tragic and horrific conditions, Saint Patrick immediately packed up his belongings and walked out the front door. After that the story gets a little boring tbh and there's some dreadful deus ex machina involved. But basically, even though he went back to his family in Britain, once again he heard voices telling him to do stupid shit and he went back to serve the country that enslaved him, now working in Ireland as a bishop. Like a good Catholic he converted T H O U S A N D S of religiously ignorant Irish men and women throughout his life in the 5th century. Even though he was adored by all, the Irish "government" (or whatever you want to call their establishment 1500+ years ago) still hated him lol and they TORTURED him in spite of all the grace and civility he brought to Ireland . He eventually died some boring death, and now because of his Catholic contributions to Ireland people get drunk every March and wear green even though neither of these things has anything to do with Saint Patrick. Now you can tell all of your friends next year instead of going out and getting drunk. ^_^

I love how much culture you have Jeffrey, it really is impressive that you know so much. Even though you skipped all the "bigger" information <3.

Even though you skipped all the "bigger" information <3. did you know he's pretty much the smartest person alive?? he's like SO smart like he's in all these super advanced classes and his GPA is like 98 point something and he's gonna reply with the exact number watch. he used to always help me with my homework even though it really annoyed him to. but i guess im getting smarter cause i dont need his help anymore! but my roommates GPA is higher than his!! haha! she won highest GPA in our dorm for the 3rd time. she's so smart she's a sophomore and takes AP calculus, and thats what class jeffrey takes and he's a senior. but she's chinese so i guess thats why.
